Moving into the new year we are reflecting on the achievements that Let Us and our partners worked towards in 2022, and we’re looking forward to even more success in 2023.
In the past year, Let Us has worked with countless landlords and tenants to provide affordable housing in Greater Manchester during a particularly concerning period for many in the region. We’ve built relationships with landlords and tenants alike to help reduce the strain on the affordable housing supply, providing quality homes without financial barriers for tenants and reducing the risks that private landlords often face.
Let Us has had a huge impact on the lives of our tenants the right homes at affordable rent levels in communities where they can flourish. We couldn’t have achieved this without the many landlords who choose to work with us.
Despite the challenges that everyone in Greater Manchester faces, Let Us will continue to work with landlords to provide solutions to the problem of affordable housing supply in the region. Let Us is committed to offering a fair deal for landlords that enables us to work together to tackle the housing crisis, improving the lives of people who really need a home. We know that the changes on the horizon for landlords, and the financial concerns of both landlords and tenants, will cause many to feel vulnerable. We’re here to try to find a solution that enables landlords to retain their properties with minimal risk and offer them to the households who need them most.
