Your information will be processed initially by Salix Homes’ employees prior to being shared with Let Us partners.

The information provided will be shared with all Let Us partners and you will be contacted regarding your properties.

If you wish to let your properties via Let Us, your information will be stored securely within Salix Homes and the appropriate Let Us partner’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and/or other in-house system.

Your information will be used to provide ethical housing within the Private Sector.

HOW LONG WE WILL KEEP IT FOR

Each Let Us partner organisation will have a Retention Schedule based on legal guidance and best practice. This document sets out how long each organisation can keep different types of personal information for.
